Please provide full detail and evidence: We were planning on taking officers hostage due to another officer owing us gear in which she was corrupt for us but at the same time took a weapon off someone and didn't give it back. We had been executing officers in a lead upto finding the officer who owed us weapons. We were fueling up at a gas station and an officer approached in an attempt to fuel his vehicle. This then led to a shotgun being pulled and a shovel being pulled aswell. The officer was told not to panic however he still did. This then led to us having to escape and officers showed up however we were able to get away. Bear in mind if it wasn't for the NVL the situation should never have involved cops in the first place hence the warning that the officer received. An alpha mike unit located us about 300 meters away as we were attempting to drive away however we were in no shape to outrun so ditched the officer and the car. With this in mind we took the bodycam as a way of preventing anyone knowing who were but the officer still placed a warrant out which later led to our arrest. I believe though if the officer hadn't of panicked we would of been able to execute him in the fashion of it should have been done in the lead upto to eventually locating Olivia. However due to the breach on NVL other officers showed up when in the first place they shouldn't have been notified.

This warrant is what led upto the arrest of myself and Dwayne spike by Charlie Chubbs who himself claimed that the warrant had no evidence. No evidence being due to the fact we took the bodycam. The warrant only stated that the officer had been kidnapped by someone in possession of a Sawn off and a shovel. However a warrant should never have been placed by the officer as he wouldn't have lived to tell the tale. Due to the officer breaking the NVL rule it allowed him to live when he should have feared his life in the first place not knowing what the outcome would have been. Myself and Dwayne were later arrested and found in possession of 2 Sawn off shotguns. The next day although we were arrested the warrant still stood and a ruger was taken off Dwayne. The point off the comp request is that the NVL led to a number of factors in which should never have been carried out if it wasn't for the panic button which should never have been activated. The only argument that could be provided for why we shouldn't be comped is the fact it wasn't a straight away effect of the breach of Rules however it occurred due the NVL which led to him living and placing a warrant out on ourselves and in addition to this we have no idea how he knew who it was robbing him as no bodycam was given and no other officers saw it occur.

Dwayne doesn't have bodycam of shotgun removal but should be seen in logs as it was removed by PC Chubbs
Same goes for next day Ruger however we aren't worried about ruger as much as we are compared to the shotguns which were both removed from us due to false warrant placed by PC Poole

Lost items and total value of compensation: 2X Shotguns 1X Ruger appx 30 Shells however it is more but not aware of exact number. 30 Pistol bullets all of which adds upto around 1 Mill minimum. Shotguns being appx 375 - 475 each and ruger 230k and pistol bullets 500 each with shotguns 1000 each

Well, this is one of the more interesting compensation requests that I have seen to say the least. I will start off by saying that I understand your claim that the events leading to you having a warrant and losing items might have stemmed from the officer breaking NVL. However, you cannot guarantee that he would have died and that the warrant would not have been placed. Your items were lost due to a situation where you were arrested later for your crimes.

This then led to us having to escape and officers showed up however we were able to get away.

You chose to keep those items on your person even after knowing that the officer survived the situation. You had time to put items away and you decided to keep them in your inventory with full knowledge that the officer had survived the situation.

We had been executing officers in a lead upto finding the officer who owed us weapons.

You were actively looking for officers to kill and knew the risks involved. This also suggests that you had killed multiple officers before deciding to kill this one.

In the medal clip that you provided in the player report you state "I want to have some fun!" at the start suggesting it was an off the whim decision to kill an officer for the sake of killing an officer, because it would be fun.

You ran the risk repeatedly executing multiple officers according to your own words.

So, in total your actions or lack there of, lead to you loosing items as you chose to keep them on your person even with full knowledge that the officer survived.

Your own roleplay and decision making led to you losing the items that you possessed at the time of the arrest, the officer may have NVLed but you put yourself in that same situation multiple times and you knew that the officer survived that situation, you could have easily saved the items you had if you chose to put them away knowing this fact.

For these reasons your request for compensation has been denied.
