  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: Is it possible for me to send an admin the video privatley because it shows where my house is.
    I was flying with approx 4.5m of unlaundered cash to the launderer and I was kicked of the game, losing all the money. I was not previously lagging or having connection issues and was kicked as shown on my video.

How would I go about sending it privatley?

 
Greetings, having looked over the video as well as looking in to the reason of the kick I have determined the following:

You were kicked by our ping filter due to your ping exceeding the limit we have. As outlined in the Compensation Request terms we do not take responsibility for Client issues, your ping (and your internet) is your responsibility, I understand this will be frustrating but the guidelines are in place for a reason. Therefore I will be declining this request on the basis of this being a client/user issue.
