From what I can see R.1, R.2, R.3, R.4 & R.5 all still exist. If a storage crate bugs out like this I would suggest waiting until the next restart to ensure it doesn't return.

and thank you for replying.
I have just gone round and checked the Vagrant which was used and also my storage container. In both locations there is no box.
As you can see in the footage. It does seem to look like the box disappeared so I did not expect to re visit the location.
were can you see box number R5?
