Please provide full detail and evidence: Hello, Earlier today I placed some items in the trunk of my car and immediately stored it as I did not want to risk losing them in any way, however when I got back to the parking area after some time to take my car out of storage, everything was still there in the trunk except for the 'LC69 SOFTWARE' which was the most valuable item in the trunk. [I have taken screenshots before and after, I did so as I have previously lost some valuables stored in my car that apparently just disappeared(never put a request for them as previously there was never anything this valuable) so I was a bit skeptical]

How would I have a video for an event that I couldn't have possibly fathomed occurring, I'm really new to RP and this server, the software in question goes for a great sum of money and would have been really helpful for me to begin my journey here, is there really nothing that can be done?

Unfortunately, without a video showing the incident that can prove you have lost the item to a "Glitch" and it wasn't stolen / etc, we will not be able to proceed

As stated on the RPUK wiki website under the compensation guide:  ALL COMPENSATION REQUESTS WILL REQUIRE EVIDENCE/PROOF OF ITEMS YOU ARE SEEKING COMPENSATION FOR. ANY COMPENSATION REQUESTS LACKING EVIDENCE WILL BE DENIED

Please note for future reference that without any proof of the situation, in most cases there is nothing that we can do.
