Please provide full detail and evidence: spawned in at my house where I have 3 storage crates, as was down stairs went up stairs to kit out to find that the box with all the weapons in had disappeared, so I relogged ( advised support ) on entering back in the box reappeared but all contents had gone. it is a gang armoury which not only myself. informing not only for possible comp but as may be a other issue

these items were accumulated over a period of time unsure of price when bought or acquired

Denied. Unfortunately, as stated in the compensation request rules, we are unable to compensate for anything in storage crates and items in these are stored at your own risk.

Is it a known issue that the boxes dissappear? 

Also team speak support adviced me to try a request

Yes, the housing boxes are notorious for bugging out etc, therefore it is at your own risk.
