Hello, From seeing the video you unflipped the truck and then it exploded. This would fall under 'User Error' as you was spamming the Unflip button a few times leading the truck to blow up and we would not compensate for this i'm afraid. I would suggest in future be more careful and never unflip a vehicle on a wall for this reason. @-Nick
