Please provide full detail and evidence: Not entirely sure when it happened but I bought the Honda Goldwing bike before the update and fully upgraded it, I then went to change the colour after the update, realised some options are missing, armour and brakes are the two that stand out to me, not entire sure how much they were but I had just bought the highest tiers for both, figured it was a bug and just waited for a few days for it to be ironed out. Went to check today and the options are still not there. As I said I am not sure the entire value, and while it's not exactly much it was still money just throw away, not the bike is pretty much smoking after a slight bump.

I will have to get someone with access to the vehicle logs to look into this in the meantime any proof you have of you having done the upgrades would be beneficial  and the number plate of said vehicle please @Nice Guy

Nice guy you have low balled your comp request!

After having the logs looked into you purchased the following mods for your goldwing

max engine 10,500 
turbo tuning 15,000
max transmission 15,000
max brakes 11,375
max armor 12,500

Currently on that bike you only have the turbo mod and as such we will be comping you for the Engine, transmission, brakes and armor for a grand total of £49,375
