Unfortunately for you it is your own responsibility to be done with your run when the restart happens. Many announcement happen before a restart. Half an hour before the restart, 15 mins before the restart, 5 minutes before the restart and a few minutes before the restart. 

Therefore I am unable to issue compensation for your lost items.
