The date when this happened: 11/16/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: I had just bought a car and was going to upgrade it at LS Customs but when I bought turbo and engine it took my money but did not apply the upgrades.
The video only shows that the upgrades are not there however it can be seen in transactions that it has been bought twice.
Hopefully that is enough.
