Please provide full detail and evidence: This is related to this player report:
"Myself and TheRedDevil110 headed over to Weed Process. We found a lot of players there, which didn't seem threatening. We decided to land just to look around, upon landing TheRedDevil110 in the co-pilot seat of the helicopter, was shot. I got out of the helicopter and returned fire as TheRedDevil110 was shot by the people surrounding the process. I was shortly killed by another player, possibly the same one TheRedDevil110 was killed by."

My partner (TheRedDevil110) in the video had the same gear as myself minus the zipties. We have no evidence of this gear though.
