Please provide full detail and evidence: I made a report against this player who broke rules by not valuing his life. It totally ruined my roleplay experience and also sent 50k to waste on the Defib. He does draw out a standard pistol in the evidence and if he had not broken the rules, it would have been taken from him. I have made this compensation request as I feel I have suffered a loss due to another player breaking the rules.

I am afraid to say but you'd not be able to compensate the offender's inventory to gain for yourself.
You can only compensate stuff YOU have lost, not WOULD have gained. 


I hope you can understand from our point of view, why it's set up like that.

Hi Mike, thank you for taking your time to reply to my compensation request. I like to think that if Joshua had never broken the NVL rule and let the course of RolePlay play out to its end as it should have done those items would have in turn became mine, This was all part of a big revenge scene in which i was able to organize my gang to help me capture and rob Joshua due to past interactions with him. A decent amount of time and effort went into this and for it all to be ruined by a blatant and acknowledged rule break is a little frustrating. As i mentioned time and effort has gone into this so i would like to walk out of this with the items and rewards that the planning would have led to (Joshua's items he had at the time). I have had a look into past cases of NVL along with their compensation requests, I have found a recent case in which the player reporting the defendant was in fact compensated the banned players inventory as compensation. I am not asking to be treated with any special privileges but only as another person that has lost their time and effort to an unfortunate rule break. I would appreciate if you are able to take another look into my case as well as Dinz's case and reconsider this compensation request. At the end of the day i value your opinion and will not argue further if you deem it your way. (edited)

I will dig into this further, I understand that the person has ruined your fun. 
Trust me when I say this, I know what it's like when very, SILLY situations like these happen. 

I've talked to two staff for extra reassurance for the both of us. 
The outcome you sadly won't like; We don't compensate for that I am afraid.

Completely understand don't want to winge on something I never techanically had. Is it possible to be compensated at least the money I spent on the defib. Thankjs for the time you already spent on this comp request.
