Please provide full detail and evidence: The person i bought the house pretty much explained what i did wrong as i was doing it. I was in a ''mafia gang'' when i bought the house and not the ''rebel'' type gang. So i spent 1 mil on the house and 5 mil to get the clothing store and messed it up by not being in a rebel gang. I thought all the ''gang types'' counted as rebel as i also have the rebel/advanced rebel license

It doesn't matter what type of house or gang type you are in, you will not get the rebel clothing store unless its a gang base. Also, if you were able to get it, this would still classify as "User error" which won't be compensated for.
