Please provide full detail and evidence: My mate had 1050 cut wood in his house, i payed him 160k for it and was going to sell it for 220k to the lost, we went to his house to get it out, we had put it in a box to make it easier to transport out, then after going out I had waited for my mate to come out and he had told me that the box was gone, we then both went in and in the clip you can see the box not being there.

Hi @mrgee07

Given your extensive time as a part of the community, you should be well aware not to leave boxes of items in houses without another player being inside said house as it causes them to de-spawn/ get lost in the world due to the way houses work. 
Therefor I shall be DECLINING this request. 

All I can say is, if you are going to be transporting items from your house, ensure someone is inside with the box on the floor. Or just not put the box on the floor.
