Please provide full detail and evidence: Before the server restart on the 4 PM restart, I gave my friend (Devin in game) 1.3 mil through hand transaction. Upon seeing the money disappeared we tried synchronizing our data and rejoining to no avail. I'm not sure what other proof we can provide since none of us expected not having the money going through with the transaction, but if you require any other info I wont hesitate to provide you with anything.

NOTE: The transaction was made from wallet to person not a wired bank transaction.  

First link is my bank account after restart second is my friend's the person I was sending the money to Devin.
