Please provide full detail and evidence: So I was driving to the Oil processing plant at around 10:30am GMT, minding my own business and suffering with self-induced shame of losing 3million after my helicopter blew up. Already annoyed and unsure if I should go offline for a little while; my little oil truck blows up out of the middle of no where. I wasn't alone in this though, as I noticed in the feed that everybody else on the server was rendered incapacitated and victim of a hacker's party tricks.
When I respawned, I noticed that I had spawned underground and that the building in-which you spawn within had been blown up, causing me to be unable to move and so I had to respawn once again, taking up more of my time.
However, once I spawned in Pyrgos the hackers were at it again and I died once more. So for now, I have given up and decided to write this compensation form; with hope I can gain a little something back on my money and time lost.
I'm sorry that these screenshots are not the best; I wasn't able to anticipate being blown up randomly by hackers otherwise I'd plan ahead next time haha.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: During the process of this situation, I lost my truck: C_Van_01_fuel_F and I lost my hoard of oil that I had collected, which was a full fuel truck load (capacity 250) and whatever was in my backpack. So I believe that I had 14 oil in my backpack, and however much could fit into the capcity of 250. (around 47 or 50? I can't remember).
