Developers are aware of the issue and are investigating it. In the meantime, this request can only be dealt with by developers or staff leads so bear with them whilst they sort this issue out and return your card collection.

The issue that caused this was fixed last update.

In regards to the actual compensation I am currently updating some of our staff/dev tooling so we actually have the capability to compensate you back the same cards you had. If all goes well this should be sorted by the end of today.
