Please provide full detail and evidence: When i got out of prison after the storm i went to collect my items and when i started taking them it froze and closed the inventory windows and wouldnt allow me to recollect my goods.

Unfortunately not =/ surely theres a log of what was taken from me when being put in prison though.

Maybe. However, there isn’t a log to prove that you were unable to claim the items once released due to a bug. 

Will look further into this tomorrow however it does state on our Wiki when opening a Compensation Request: “ALL COMPENSATION REQUESTS WILL REQUIRE EVIDENCE/PROOF OF ITEMS YOU ARE SEEKING COMPENSATION FOR. ANY COMPENSATION REQUESTS LACKING EVIDENCE WILL BE DENIED”

So since our last conversation, it has been looked into more. 

It has came to my attention that you did indeed lost out on items due to the bug. 

Before this goes any further, just to confirm, you don’t have anything at all? Maybe a screenshot of your inventory moments before?

Obviously this isn't ideal.. You were affected by a known bug in which newly released prisoners weren't able to retrieve their items back from the front desk.

It was looked into further and was deemed an issue, therefore I'll be compensating you for the items you lost due to this.

x15 smoothie, x10 bandages, x1 radio, x1 phone, x1 golf club. x3 mechanic repairs, x3 body kits. x4 wash cloths. 
Unfortunately, because you have no evidence of what else you had on you at this time, I cannot compensate for those. Hopefully what has been accepted is enough to cheer you up a little.
