As per the request requirements when it comes to Blackjack:

For blackjack related compensations, a clear, unedited video of the entire hand playing out is required. This clip must involve placing the bet down (showing chips being removed from your inventory), the game playing out (with UI showing confirming your hand on screen), and the issue that has occurred. Not providing ALL of this will lead to your compensation request being declined.

Do you have a longer clip of it saying you don't have enough chips but the game playing out or perhaps you leaving the table after placing the chips?

Hello Mason,

Um, I’m not sure if I kept the whole clip but will check when I get to my pc tomorrow. I cut it down just to show it in my inventory and when I placed it, it did happen about 10 minutes before that with 10k but thought nothing of it and left and re entered the casino, so I thought I fixed it but wasn’t to worried about the 10k as didn’t have medal open at the time. I didn’t know that was a requirement for blackjack to be fair, that’s my bad.

Unfortunately when it comes to any compensation requests in relation to Blackjack - as the compensation wiki states - we need an unedited video of the entire hand playing out. Due to yourself only showing you placing the hand and the video shortly ending after I'm going to have to deny this request.
