All right @Mike Polo. I have got a few questions for you to answer before I will continue with this compensation request.

1. As I can hear from the recording of your video saying that you are speaking to 1 or more admins. Any chance you can tell me who these admins where so I can ask them to confirm some stuff?

2. If a gear set-back is done this will mean that all your current items will be overwritten and will be replaced by the items you had at the time of your death would you by okay with this?

3. Can you give a more specific date on when this happened (preferable the exact time but if you don't know this an approx time of when this happened)?

It would be about 8-9 if you would like an exact time you should see that Gregory kicked me so that I could join back

I would love if you could roll back my gear I have nothing on my character of any worth

I have received a statement from the admins dealing with your report via Join for Support and they have confirmed that your player was indeed bugged.

Due to you not being able to get those items and the only way that you would be able to earn these items is by showing off great roleplay I will be issuing you compensation for the items. 

I will be requesting the admin to do a gear setback from the date that you died around. Although I cannot promise 100% that this will set them back since the system is still under development.

Sadly since you did not fully die and were removed from the server before managing to properly die you did not have your gear saved into our system so we cannot gear-comp you. Bad luck in this case.
