Hi @Micro_PPX. After checking a few things, the server did in fact NOT shut down on this date. However, there was a number of players experiencing issues with their internet providers, which may explain your crash.

Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for player related crashes. Do you have any other evidence of the truck disappearing and not returning?
