My math was:

162 Weed x £ 4.500 each = y 
y + 25% from perk = value

162 x £ 4.500 =  £ 729.000
£ 729.000 + £ 182.250 = £ 911.250

I do know that the price is dropping but I do not know the actual math the script does on that. If anyone can enlighten me I'd happily add that into my calculation to get a correct price.
