why in the screenshot i most likely see a medic? were you revived then?

The screenshot was taking about 2 hours earlier, when we were going to do a heroin run in an Orca we stole and Penguin crashed it into the floor at the city near Heroin processor, killing us. This is the screenshot of us dying to Fell where I didn't get revived http://postimg.org/image/yk5z6w4x7/

Also, in the first screenshot with the medic, it doesn't correspond to the scenery seen in the video, seeing as in the video were at heroin and there's only trees and in the screenshot there's houses, ect...
