4. Please provide full detail and evidence: I flipped my Olga and couldn't unflip it. I was driving along a straight road and some lag made me flip the car sideways. I couldn't drive the car anymore.

From what I can see in the video the Olga was flipped, one way to unflip vehicles is using a barrel, unfortunately we cannot compensate for this as this was not to do with a bug or a server side issue
