Good evening @Maro S,

When you enter your house on the server it teleports you to a different location within the map where the house interiors load. 
This doesn't always end up being the exact same location, it appears you were lucky for the first couple of times and eventually loaded into a new location which is why the box had disappeared. 

This does unfortunately fall down to user error rather than a server sided error, we have storage inside houses for this exact reason to ensure your items are safely stored within your house without the chance of disappearing. 

Due to this, I will unfortunately be declining this compensation request today.
