Please provide full detail and evidence: So I decided to put away items into a car but it hadn't spawned in as mine yet however the only reason why I put it in there was because the local/bought version are the same colour, I will show evidence to the staff member that deals with this privately to avoid any sort of metagaming. After reviewing your evidence, it is clear that the items you placed into the vehicle would not have become lost if the server error did not occur, however, it was your own mistake that you failed to check if it was your own vehicle that had spawned in. You not only failed to check the licence plate at the back of the car, you failed to check in the inventory itself where the licence plate was shown as a local one, you also failed to realise that the vehicle did not have the other items in it that you had stored already.

There was a server error, however, you could have avoided losing the items if you did not make an error yourself. You know that you made this error and have admitted to it in our ticket "It was honestly a stupid mistake". I am sorry to say but we do not compensate for user error.

I will there for be denying this compensation request.
