Please provide full detail and evidence: I was involved in a situation where police would've not seized my weapon if members of Vagos did not break the rules. The report on this rule break has recently been accepted, leading to me submitting this compensation request. In the given situation, we had a Vagos member hostage and upon leaving the area where we had him held his gang members turned up and opened fire, ending up with many of us (including myself) being incapacitated and taken by the police. I was taken to hospital, treated, searched, and further arrested due to the illegal items found on my person and direct involvement in this situation.

As it is clearly stated in the report’s outcome, all we can say with certainty is that somebody was listening to the stream and that it wasn’t Bobby. However, there is no direct proof that anyone used this stream to meta-game the location of the hostage. The fact that you lost your firearm due to a rule break is therefore not based on evidence but instead speculation or hearsay. And as clearly stated in the outcome, the RPUK staff team does not follow nor act on speculations or hearsay. After consulting with other staff members, we have decided to deny your request.
