Please provide full detail and evidence: I was being chased by police but my game was not showing everything and not everything had loaded when I was being chased. Then I got stuck on a wall when I tried to turn around into the carpark to run back into the Balla compound. Due to get stuck on something invisible has now left me losing a compact rifle with 150 ar bullets.

First of all, if your game has decided not to load certain things in, that would not be a server side issue, unless it was a known issue that affected the entire server which is safe to say did not happen in this incident. However it actually seems as if your game was running fine whilst you were being chased?

The issue arises when you appear to have run into what looks like an invisible wall, which had maybe slowed you down a second or two. This was most likely due to client sided desync and/or lag. If you listen towards the end of the clip you can even hear the police officer surprised: "Oh, thats a wall.."

I'm happy with the decision that this was down to a client sided issue such as lag or desync and therefore will be declining this compensation request today.
