Please provide full detail and evidence: basically my friends game crashed as the server had 5 mins left to before restart and we had just robbed a house with our gang and got some goodies my friend delusion had 9 gold bars on him when crashing but we are not to woried about that as he didnt have screenshots or video proof but i took screenshots of my items as he crashed and we was floating in the air until the last second before the server was about to restart and the heli nose dived into the ground which then killed me and made me lose all my gear and stolen items i have screenshots of my geare which i will attach but i do not video record as my computer doesnt allow me

Lost items and total value of compensation.: i lost 3 ak-12s, 1 had some attachments, i lost 1 spar-16 black with 3 150 5.56 round mags, i lost a bergen backpack, a 7.62 suppressor and that is all im really bothered about the rest isnt much to me. thx for reading and i hope i get a text back soon thank you

I can confirm that it was a game crash, I get this weird glitch where i tab and tab back in  everything renders really weirdly like minecraft looking and goes to like 1fps and then freezes and crashes, has happened a lot last 2 days for me  I had 9 old gold bars on me too

Unfortunately @LukeChongs we do not offer compensation for issues that are caused by the client:

• Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility)
  

Also, since it was a planned restart you lost your gear and items to we do don’t provide compensation for that either.

Thirdly, next time you put up a comp request make sure to provide evidence as requested otherwise we will automatically reject it.
