I hope you are well today.

From the evidence provided it is clear that upon placing your two boomboxes down, that they get swallowed up into the void. 
I might suggest watching how you place these things in future - as it appears to already be going halfway through the roof with the green circle around it flashing.
Try waiting until it is visually clear to be placed, before placing it down! Might prevent loosing them in future! (hopefully)
