I went to rob a certain individual with the ID 0f 473 at around the time of 3pm, he failed to value his life and got away from me, If he was to follow my demands and valued his life I would've obtained whatever was in his pockets at the time, due to the fact he got away and I had to go over my recording the police found me as he gave them my description aswell as my car details which the police wouldn't have known if he complied with the RP I was providing .

When the police found me I was apprehended and had my M1911 Seized aswell as a loss of 36 pistol bullets

Lost items and total value of compensation: M1911, 36 Pistol Bullets, Whatever the player had on him at the time, (Estimated Value of Gun and Bullets = £276100)

Are you able to provide uncut footage from when the rule break occurred to when you have been arrested?

 
It misses the clip where they take my m1911 bcuz I started my recording late, but I can upload a clip where they had me in cuffs at the spot they arrested me later today, taking other items @OneShot

 
@LoafIf you can upload a uncut video from when you shot at him to when you have been arrested that would be great, if not just provide at much video as you can that is relevant and I will see what can be done.

Here is the full vid, my apologies for not having the full clip, I cut my recording after the sit and started it again when the feds caughts me, the chase wasn't long it was from the last position to the current as I crashed the car, You can hear the officer searching me on the Firearms charge, I also cut the recording at the end because of restart. 

Going from this I will make sure to have instant replay on also to ensure if anything like this ever happens I can supply you with the correct material.

Just to make you aware, this request is still under review but I can confirm that you will **not** be compensated for anything the other player had on him at the time. We cannot compensate for what you may have gotten, only what was lost.

 
Good Morning,

With compensation requests relating to rulebreaks, we compensate for items that were lost as a direct result of the rulebreak.

Now, the rulebreak here is NVL as the user attempted driving off then ran after falling off. This was the rulebreak, and this is where you had the opportunity to stop and report the player (especially after having driving down the hill and grabbing his ID) Now, after this occurred, you chose to shoot the player. This is fine (and is what he deserved), but that was your choice. There existed a multitude of ways to down the user without firing shots that would alert the police and downing him wasn't intrinsically valuable to the report, nor was it necessary for the report.

So because of this, we need to isolate the NVL from the player being shot, which boils down events to you attempting to rob someone, shooting them, then being caught by the police as a result. Whilst I understand that none of this would have happened if not for the rulebreak, it was your own choice in dealing with the situation that resulted in this outcome.

Please see this compensation report for a very similar ruling, so you can be sure you haven't been met with anything but a fair response backed up by precedent:



As a result of the above, I will be unable to compensate you for the weapon and can only apologise for the abnormal amount of time it took for us to deal with your compensation request.
