Please provide full detail and evidence: I bought a house for 2.2 mil and thought it was purchased. Then later on I was there and thought maybe the earlier purchase failed, so I tried again. I realised it's charged me twice. Restart has happened since and I do own it now but still at a loss of an extra 2.2m
