  4. Please provide full detail and evidence: I had lost 152 diamonds due to combat storing. If you look at the guy coming in at around 2:18 he runs to the board to store his truck. The truck we were repairing was someone else that needed repairs so we helped them.

Hello James,

As per our Compensation Request Guidelines if you have lost your possessions through something you believe is a rule-break, you must first submit a Player Report with regards to the incident. Once the player report is action-ed we will then proceed to review the compensation request. Failure to do this will lead to your compensation request being declined. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

 
Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I do not have the name of the player that had stored the truck thus not allowing me to make a report with the owner of the truck. As I have read on the Guidelines I am able to make a request. 'If you do not have the players name ,then you can still post your compensation request' - extract from the guidelines

 
Hello again,

Yes under the current circumstances that you do not have the name of the player I am able to proceed with the Compensation request. As can be seen in the video, the player stored his vehicle whilst you had it in your possession thus breaking rule (2.6) As this storing of his vehicle lead him to gain an advantage and prevented roleplay. It is due to these factors that I am willing to compensate you for the following items.

  • 152 Cut Diamonds
  • 27 Uncut Diamonds
Total Amount Of Compensation Due: £534,690

 
Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
