The date when this happened: 02/08/22

Please provide full detail and evidence: I was riding my bike when I crashed and I spotted a police car heading by so I requested a bandage from the police; once I had bandaged myself I went to get back onto my bike and I insta died. I alerted the NHS however i don't think any was on as they took over 20mins with no response.

As your footage has cut short and not showing the whole duration of you awaiting to respawn timer, if you don't mind can you confirm if you held "E" to respawn or if you awaited the whole respawn timer please.

I ended the stream after waiting about 15mins to see if NHS turned up but yes I held E and respawned at Paleto hospital

Sorry for any inconveniences this have may of caused, I have reviewed the footage you have provided I also looked deeper on my side and I can confirm the you have died to the motor bike that has seemed to of bugged out and has killed you, normally if you make the choice to hold "E" and respawn instead of waiting the timer out we don't compensate you anything but since you were honest that you chose to respawn this compensation request will be approved.
