Please provide full detail and evidence: On halloween, I bought the skelleton hoodie on both Kseniya (ID: 230) and Emily (ID: 9584), however, I cannot put it back on with the wardrobe, as it states I do not own any tops that I bought. With one character I already swapped it with another tshirt due to my skin fading through it. I messaged Mike about this and he stated I had to make a comp request for this.

I also bought every mask on Halloween and 0 of them are in my wardrobe. Unsure if they may have just been there for the event.

@Kseniya Unfortunately during the Halloween Event the only way to acquire items of clothing was via `Halloween Tokens` therefore you were not able to permanently own said pieces of clothing therefore we are unable to compensate these items as this particular situation does not meet our compensation request criteria.
