my friend got vdmed and revived. while rping with medic his car got stolen and we pursuit him.
during the pursuit one of them crashed and i decided to have a chat with him. during the chat he pulled pistol and popped me.

we resolved this on the ts with proctor, however he didnt have enough money on bank.
i did not get his ingame name.

Just a couple of questions before proceeding with this comp request.

Presumably you resolved this with the player who RDMed you, and they accepted they were at fault? And Proctor was in the room with you?

The player who RDMed you's name is in the video: JacobPC.

At what point did they tell you they didnt have enough money to compensate you? Because I can see that JacobPC has enough money to compensate you for this claim in his bank account.

in the teamspeak with proctor , and "jacobpc" claimed that he didnt have money to comp it.

you may ask proctor for further info as he was the admin resolving.

 
At the time the incident the issue regarding the RDM was sufficiently resolved and both parties were happy about the outcome, the rule breaker was given talking too and the victim was happy at that, Providing the lost gear was covered in compensation.   At the time JacobPC did not have the full funds to cover the compensation and after having a conversation with jacob i did not want to leave him with 0 in his bank account and no vehicles to get started again, therefore i suggested  that killersky bring the case forward in the way of a comp request. i will leave it with james to make the final decisions on this comp request.     Thanks for your time   

 
so am i suppost to contact jacob pc? as ihave tried to find him ingame/teamspeak. but couldnt seem to find him at all

 
Apologies for the wait, I will grant this compensation request in due of the conversations held on teamspeak between myself and the parties involved and the circumstances at the time of the incident.
