Please provide full detail and evidence: I played some casino and won some money and decided to buy a new money making transportation aka. a truck.
But i buy a Van (Cargo) for 70.000$ and i can't use it because i aint got the right DLC..
So now i have Van i cant use and cant afford to maintain..

Is there anything to do can i refund it i still got the receipt.
