Please provide full detail and evidence: I've brought out a Nissan Cedric on display for a customer at Power Street PDM and it just disappeared.
There's no way to reset the podium, so it has to go into insurance.
This seems to be happening with other dealerships as well, and this is my 5th time encountering this issue.

The attached recording shows the entire troubleshooting process and proof of paying the insurance amount.

Thank you for providing the evidence. I can see that  the car did indeed disappear due to something that cannot be explained. 

With this seemingly to be a regular issue (as you have said) I would advise you to make a bug report.
