5. Please provide full detail and evidence: we flew through the laundering zone by accident to get through to the blackmarket for my friend to get some guns, then after we flew next to the zone again on the way back without shooting or entering the zone and then all of altis respone group started shooting at my heli for no reason without us being a threat and tried to kill us therefor I lowered the heli to take less shots and started flying away. then they had their heli chase us and keep shooting us till our heli started breaking down so i had to land and then killed us. started shit talking when they walked up to us let us die and stole my heli. the main man of the altis respone group at this time was DopeFish (ingame name) and i cant remember the others.

7. Lost items and total value of compensation.: All of my and my friends gears and the heli was all valued to around 1.5 mill of stolen gear from us. I know most of the items that were lost so if you want exact amount of it i can calculate it.

@Jryzi after looking at the provided video I have come to the next conclusion

At the start of the video you are seen attempting to land your helicopter inside the red zone, as soon as you did this you started taking fire and you fled.

The players from Altis response responded on this by starting a pursuit while continuing to shoot at you, take in mind that this is allowed due to the gunfight starting in the red zone.

you landing while already involved in a gunfight is completely up to you and at no point did I see any server rule break from the side of Altis response.

to end this compensation request I would like to state that I would normally refer comp requests like this one to the report a player section however this time I decided not to do so due to your evidence not showing any reason to compensate you.

however, when looking at your video i do see some things that concern me, in your video i can see you breaking server rules yourself  these rules are as follows:

5.4) When you are revived/downed:

While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.

you are seen breaking this rule after you where shot when you decided to continue talking in group chat and Teamspeak or discord.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice.

this rule you broke when you decided to have a go at the members of AR telling them you have a recording and you would take it to the forums.

a warning will be placed on your profile for the break of these server rules.

I highly suggest going through the rules yourself to make sure you are not breaking any
