4. Please provide full detail and evidence: I tried to land at Advanced rebel and I crashed and then both my friend(peta) and medic(CMO. Louie Austino) tried to get me up but didn't work due to a bug which was disabling the medic and my friend from getting me because the menu didn't show up when pressing windows key.

Greetings, unforunately your evidence does not seem to show anything suggesting that the medics were unable to revive you.

This will unfortunately be needed, although I trust you are telling the truth I can't approve this without evidence of what has happened. Do you perhaps have more evidence of this, including video showing the bug? (Or if you are able to ask Peta or Louie in case they have video).
