Please provide full detail and evidence: I went with Kamal Zubar to ARAC to pay for his license. I took out the money to hand to him and used the 1 pound first "method" then transfered 1 mill. The money went from me but he did not receive it. After that I wire transfered 999 999 and that went fine.

Is there any chance to be reiumbursed the 1 mill ? If not then thanks for your time

Denied - Unfortunately this would come under user error for me, you can only transfer money 999,999 or under at a time or it doesn't work, this has been around for a while now
