Please provide full detail and evidence: We initiated onto some guy guy in the SUV, told him to get of the car, he never spoke and just drove off. We took pursuit to catch him. Down the highway next to airfield he just handbrake turns so we crash into him. I couldn't make a report because we never found out who the guy was.
