Please provide full detail and evidence: So i was just doing a casual steel run when i loose connection to the server. I join back and drive down the my Hemmtt box full of iron, as i get to the Hemmtt its just decides to fly away onto the roof then blow up. The only part of the video i cut was me out of the server because all you can hear is me shout a load of abuse at my internet provider.

So according to your video we can see the items inside the Hemmtt at the first part,that's fine.
but the main problem that after you cut the video there is no way show that you sold the items from the truck before it's explosion or no,so we need the full continuous video without cut if you can provide it to us.

Hi, 

The uncut footage would just me be tabbed out looking at desktop because i went downstairs to restart my router. I looked at the video again to try find any time frames what i found was in the video above the GPS map there is a time frames but i don't know what its counting up in, its doesn't seem to be seconds and minutes but at least it gives you some indication that i didn't have to time to go and sell the stuff before. So as you can see in the video i crash at the time 18:04:20 and return to the game at 18:39:37 now i timed this and in normal minutes it was around 5 minutes maybe less.

oky, after i watched it again and again, that's what i find so far, you got disconnected from the server because of your internet provider,however,according to the time you are correct it didn't take more than 5 min then you come back again and bug happened.so you will be compensate only for the processed iron only

and that was (64) Iron Ingot x £3,200 =  £204,800
