In-game Name: Jimmy Dean

The date when this happened: 06/20/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: I was in the triad area in which I was asked to pay my tax and all RP was good, then another triad member shot me and they all left before the police came, then another player came and OOC said "there's no NHS online so you'll have to get in my car" so as I was panicked I would lose my items I agreed even though it was OOC however I proceeded to roleplay and then he started driving towards the pier and I told him he was driving the wrong way in which he replied "You're going to swim with the fish you n*****r." As im new to RP I may be getting this wrong but this seems like a refundable offence as he was OOC and griefed for me to lose my items.
