Please provide full detail and evidence: i logged in to gta i was expecting to spawn outside my house as that's where i logged off, i woke up and i was falling through the floor and under the map when that stopped i spawned by the ranch at the time i spawned there was a shootout near by which i knew nothing about so i got on a bike and was heading back to the city to go to my house to get things and put things away but on my way police set up a spike strip just waiting for anyone to hit it i went through the spike strip they popped 2 of my tires so i pulled over at first to see whats going on someone triedto stop them for me to get away but as i done nothing wrong i hesitated but went only just up the road, i was asking whats going on they said about a shootout near by and wanted to search me i said no as ive done nothing wrong i tried to explain to the police what happened to me and they didn't care. i had a standard pistol on with with 30 bullets a machete and a knife so they arrested me and took me to jail

Upon review of the video you have provided, your request is going to be DECLINED for the following reason...


While yes, you did appear to fall under the map and come out somewhere near Coalition ranch - The area you was brought back up is roughly the location that you will appear should you have logged off in your house. OR typically when your PC isn't fast enough to load in textures, you fell through and landed there. Had you thought about reaching staff in OOC?


However as you was making your way down to the road, you can hear on your radio that Coalition 'are getting smoked right now', to which you responded with something (not audible due to your recording settings), making you aware of the possible situation not too far from you - Yet you still choose to drive past the ranch at your own action and risk, leading to what happened with the police and the RP with them which resulted in the loss of your items upon being arrested.
