Hi,

I do have the video which the screenshot is from, however the video will not show any more information than you see in the screenshot. As I clicked the record hotkey as soon as I saw it blew up. So the video doesn't start till after I purchase the van. 

The only thing which I think may have caused the explosion is that I think someone bought a vehicle just before me and hopped in their vehicle just as I clicked purchase but the other player managed to get his vehicle further enough anyway so it didn't get damaged but still caused my van to blow.

You do seem to own a Cargo Van, Even if the vehicle blew up on a restart it should still have returned to your garage.

The issue here i would imagine stems from someone either trying to buy a vehicle at the exact same time as you or a slight desync on that person that had just pulled out.

That is correct, I do own a cargo van. I was informed by an admin that the compensation request would be taken care of in 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours and had no reply, so I bought another cargo van so I could continue on my adventure on the server.

Unfortunately due to this request being under 100k and you currently have around 1.1 million in the bank it will be refused. Also with the lack of evidence you have provided it is really hard to say whether you are eligible for compensation without any reasonable doubt. You also now have another van in your garage which of course further makes it difficult to figure out what happened here. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
