Please provide full detail and evidence: I got my BMW M4 F82 out of the garage, and all the upgrades except the window tint were gone for some reason. I wrote down all the modifications that I missed. It was fully upgraded and I put a lot of money into it...

I did not have any in game footage of my car, but I do have a video that I made with my phone when I put up a ticket two weeks ago. In this video you can see the exterior of the car. It is added as the link to evidence.

This car is literally my precious and I was so sad to see that everything was gone. It would be great if you could reset the options to what they were or if the financial damage can be compensated. Thanks in advance!

@James AHello, I will deal with this now. Please log off the server if you're on it. I will then let you know when you can go back on it. 

Hello @James A, after reviewing the evidence, speaking to other staff members and checking the logs about your cash transfers, it is evident that indeed your car was upgraded but now isn't. Therefor I have Approved this compensation request. However, due to us not being able to upgrade the car for you, you will be given the cash value instead.

Compensation -> The value altogether you have listed -  288,825 Pounds

This amount will now be compensated, HOWEVER this does not mean you can go ahead and use the money for something else, 100% of the money given to you now HAS to be spent on the same exact upgrades on your car. So with that being said, in a few days, staff will check the logs again to see if it has been done, if you decided to claim but not use the money for the car, expect some consequences.
