i also lost a few other items such as bandages machete all im bothered about are the main items that is not so easy to get back

I cannot find any evidence of this "655K" BlackJack chips that you claim you had . I do see some other items though so I will grant you the compensation for them. Head down to city hall to collect the compensation you have received.
