Do you have any evidence to back up your claim? Unfortunately, although an unannounced restart (which we do compensate for) without proof showing us what you claim to have lost we're unable to action anything.

Today I'll be issuing you compensation in the value of x200 Iron Ore, x500 Cut Wood & x968 Iron which is the total amount of resources you lost during the unannounced restart.
