Please provide full detail and evidence: I had 500k plus change on me to buy an Orca heli, i click on buy, 2 Orcas appear and i'm on negative cash, i only wanted one Orca and had the money for one on me.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: One orca should be removed from my garage and 500k restored so i can take them out of bank and balance the negative cash, that is one nasty bug :/

Ok, just to clearify, i only wanted one Orca, and had the cash on me for it, now i'm on negative cash and have one extra orca i never intended to buy im my garage. Thx for the hasty response.

 
Hi,

I've spoken too a lovely Developer and we came up to a solution together.

So what we will be doing is that I'm going to come in-game together with you. You are going to take one of the helicopters out of your garage and I will be scrapping it. Once I scrapped the helicopter I will be accepting this compensation request for 500k

Since there were some issues with getting the helicopter out he needed to take money out in order to get his helicopter out. Therefore he will also be issued £502000 extra.

Compensation Granted:

Helicopter + extra costs: £1.002.000

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
