Thank you for taking time to submit this request.

However, upon review of this with myself and the help of fellow staff looking at it, this request is going to be DENIED for the following reason...

While it may be possible that the car despawn, it is not unrealistic that the "owner" of the local vehicle just drove off with it while you where looking away to gett your cars out, you are at a parking lot where you have multiple cars and I do not understand why you wouldn't use one of them.
Now there is one more armed local on the street...
